When shipping returned products or cores back to BDP:
Make sure to package what you are sending back to
BDP so that it will not be damaged during shipping.
- Especially injector cores! Old t-shirts, shop towels,
etc. are not sufficient packaging material. Bubble
wrapping each injector individually is recommended.
Oil soaked boxes will not be excepted and will be
immediately returned to the sender.
Failing to properly package your item will result
in no refund on the core charge and a returned package
on YOUR dime!
Please include your name, address, phone number, why
you are sending the product to us, and invoice number
(if you have it). This speeds up the process.
INJECTOR CORE POLICY-
All Cores need to be returned to BDP within 14 days
of receipt of product.
Turbo Cores must be a rebuildable core and the same
model turbo that is ordered. (For example a 94-97
D-66 must have a 94-97 Core.)
IDM cores must be a working unit. If your core IDM
is fried you will not receive your core charge back.
