PART RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Please call the shop and get an RMA number and the correct location to sent the part.

Bad Shipping:
Old t-shirts, shop towels, etc. are not sufficient packaging material. Bubble wrapping each injector individually is recommended. Make sure to package what you are sending back to BDP so that it will not be damaged during shipping. - Especially injector cores!

Oil soaked boxes will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to the sender.
Failing to properly package your item will result in no refund on the core charge and a returned package on YOUR dime!

Do not send injectors, turbos, or other heavy items in a USPS Flat Rate box. There is never enough room to properly package these items in these boxes. They always show up damaged - if they show up at all! You will be charged for improper packaging plus damaged parts.

Core Policy :
All Cores need to be returned to their proper address within 21 days of purchase. The core part or a tracking number showing where they have been shipped must be provided within 21 days, after that a $25 a day penalty can apply. Turbo Cores and injector cores must be rebuildable cores and the same model or style that is ordered. (For example a 94-97 Dominator 66 must have a 94-97 turbo core, injectors need to be out of the year you are ordering for.) IDM cores must be a working unit. If your core IDM is fried you will not receive your core charge back. Once cores are received and inspected, the refund will be issued back the the credit card it was purchased on or a check will be issued and sent to the billing address on your account.
